CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $75 processing fee. Written cancellation requests must be postmarked or emailed by August 1, 2022. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are welcome with a $25 processing fee.
Family Scholarships
Background and Selection Criteria
One of the purposes of the conference is to foster connections between families and professionals in order to raise awareness of CMV. The planning committee for the 2022 CMV Public Health and Policy Conference is pleased to announce that a limited amount of scholarships will be available for parents to attend the conference.
Scholarship amount: $500 per family member
Scholarships will be prioritized based on the following criteria:
- Those who have not previously attended a CMV Public Health and Policy Conference
- Financial need
- Given to one member of each family before awarding a second scholarship within the same family
Scholarship recipients will also be asked to provide information about their contributions and plans for future contributions to CMV public health and policy activities. Follow-up surveys will be sent to scholarship recipients, within three months post conference, to learn about how they have applied what they learned at the 2022 CMV Public Health and Policy Conference.
The deadline for scholarship applications is June 29, 2022.
