American Academy of Audiology

The National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) has been approved from the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for the 2014 CMV Public Health and Policy Conference. The program is worth a maximum of 0.9 CEUs. Instructions and the required paperwork will be available at the registration desk during the conference.

National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC)

The National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) has requested approval from NCHEC to offer CEUs for the 2014 CMV Public Health and Policy Conference.

Certificate of CMV Public Health and Policy Conference Attendance

A personalized certificate of attendance, including the total contact hours (maximum number of contact hours is 9.5) for the 2014 CMV Public Health and Policy Conference will be available to all participants. Participants will receive a certificate via email following the conference or may pick up a non-personalized version at the registration desk after they turn in their overall evaluation of the conference.
